TREATMENTS

 

I personally carry out all appointment, I am fully trained, qualified and insured in the treatments treatments I offer, knowledge is power and I want to be able to help each and every one of you.

 

All calls, text and emails will be responded to as soon as possible, I can not respond when I am in a treatment or outside of working hours.

 

REFUSAL OF TREATMENT

 

I reserve the right to refuse treatment should I deem it inappropriate or unsuitable. My decision is final in this regard.

 

CONSENTING TO TREATMENT

 

You will be required to sign a consent form prior to your treatment. This document is evidence that you have agreed to proceed with the treatment, that you have provided all necessary medical information and that you understand all potential outcomes. You may request to review the consent form before your appointment.

 

PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT

 

I may take photos before, during and after treatments (excluding treatments on intimate areas) and homecare plans. This helps me see how things are going and make adjustments if necessary, and allows you to see comparisons and improvements. I may post these on my website and social media platforms. You must inform me if you do not wish to give permission to post your photos.

 

BOOKING FEE

 

All appointments made through me must be secured with a 50% booking fee. The remainder of the treatment value will be payable on the day of your appointment by cash, card, bank transfer.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations and rescheduling, in order to have your booking fee or online payment refunded or carried over to your next appointment. If you fail to provide the required notice, your payment will not be refunded and a new payment will be required to secure any future appointments.

 

If by chance you haven't paid a booking fee, a 50% payment of your appointment has to be paid before another appointment is booked

 

If you make changes to your appointment without providing 48 hours' notice, or after your arrival (including removing services in order to finish by a certain time), which would reduce the overall value of your appointment, you will still be charged the full value of the original appointment.

 

If you do not show up for your appointment, it will be treated as a last minute cancellation.

 

I reserve the right to cancel or rearrange appointments at any time, If a situation should arise in which I need to cancel your appointment last minute, I will contact you as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment at the earliest opportunity. If it is not possible to find an alternative time that suits you, I will be happy to refund your payment.

 

LATENESS

 

I appreciate that lateness is sometimes out of your control, but it may mean your treatment will be shortened and the full appointment value will still apply. If I'm not left with enough time to perform your treatment that day, it will be treated as a last minute cancellation and your booking fee or online payment will not be refunded, as per the cancellation policy. I'll happily rearrange your appointment and will need to take a new payment. I will always do my best to accommodate you on the same day so please contact me if you know you're running late.

 

If I should run late for any reason, I will attempt to contact you to advise a later start time. There may be situations where you will have a short wait outside the clinic, but you will still receive your full appointment time.

REFUND

 

I do not offer refunds on a service, please check you are happy with your results before leaving so we can rectify if needed.
